Personalised Video Messages: no delivery charge - sent via WhatsApp or email

Badges: £1.49 shipping 

Personalised Handwritten Messages & Signed Photos, Vinyls, CDs and Mugs: £2.99 shipping

Multiple item orders have automatically discounted shipping calculated at checkout. The maximum shipping rate for multiple items will not exceed a maximum of £3.99.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times vary, once dispatched, depending on the delivery providers timescales but on average is 2 to 4 business days.

Personalised video messages are usually recorded and sent within 7 days (timescales for these can vary depending on Daniel’s weekly schedule and at busy times of the year such as Christmas the timescale can be slightly longer). Please include the date the video message is needed by and Daniel will do his best to record the video in time. The sooner the order is placed before the date it is required the more chance it will be able to be recorded and sent in time. 

These time frames are only a guide. Due to postal services being busier than usual around certain times of year such as Christmas time, we would recommend ordering early to minimise the risk of postal delays.

Currently we are only able to post within the UK.

Refunds and Returns

We can only accept returns up to 14 days after delivery and the item must strictly be unused and in its original packaging and original condition. The buyer will need to pay return postage to return the item to us. Once the item has been received as long as it is unused and its original packaging and original condition then we will refund the price of the item.

If you would like to return your item within the 14 day period then please contact us either by using the form on the Contact Us page or by emailing us at: sales@danielwakefordmerch.com and we can confirm the return address to send the item to. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: sales@danielwakefordmerch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We assess these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do not accept returns for personalised written and signed items. 

For personalised video messages, please allow for possible mispronunciation of names or words from Daniel. If there are any major errors in the received video, please contact us at: info@danielwakefordmerch.com and we will do one re-record of the video message free of charge.
